Over the past 6 years of working in orphan care all over the world, we have noticed trends that almost every country has when it comes to vulnerable children and families. If we are truly going to work towards ending the orphan crisis we need more people involved with the following methods of holistic orphan care.
If we are to truly get to the root of the orphan crisis then we must care for families and their children. To only care for children is putting a bandaid on a much deeper issue, and can even promote unethical adoption practices.

Adoption is a very direct way of decreasing the orphan count in our world. But adoption is hard and not for the faint of heart. With thousands of agencies out there working with thousands of international homes we have sadly seen a lot of corruption in the adoption world.
